These Japanese frying peppers have become very popular in North America in the last decade or so. Thin-walled, they’re commonly harvested green, seared in a hot pan, tossed with salt & pepper & oil & lemon juice, and eaten whole.
These seeds were produced by Unearthed Organics, whose organic certification is valid only in British Columbia.
