A member of Slow Food Italy's Ark of Taste, this is a luxuriously creamy, thin-skinned bean that begs to be eaten with simple flavours--olive oil, s&p, and some herbs.

Gardeners: This is a bush bean, meaning that it bushes out to a height of 18-24", and produces most of its beans in a flush of 2-4 weeks. Bush beans benefit from, but don't need, staking.
