I’ll officially launch once-weekly delivery for restaurants next week, and here’s what I plan to have available in my online store when fresh sheets go out on Monday:
Mixed salad greens (it’s the first crop…limited ingredients)

Microgreens by the pot: red cabbage, green radish, more variety coming
Sunchokes (grown by another farmer on my property…see photos below. I’ve been eating them raw and they taste sweet)
